GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS

These terms and conditions apply to all agreements for the provision of courses in addition to the specified terms and conditions provided for the different delivery platforms such as classroom; e-tutored; blended and autonomous courses.

1. Definitions and Interpretation

In these Terms and Conditions, unless the context otherwise requires, the following expressions have the following meaning:

‘WML’ means Waymaker Learning UK, a trading style of WayMaker Learning Limited, registered at Suite 13, Parkway 2, Parkway Business Centre, 300 Princess Road, Manchester M14 7LU. Company registration number RC8268040.

‘Terms or T&Cs’ means these General terms and conditions and any additional terms and conditions as specified.

‘Delegate or you’ means the person attending a training course which has been completely paid for.

‘Agreement’ means these general terms and conditions, the specific terms and conditions related to the course or other service booked and other written agreements made for the provision of training courses and other services provided by WML.

‘Booking’ means payment has been received by WML and Delegates’ space has been secured for the training course.

Services’ means the services which are provided by WML.

‘Fee’ means the amount payable for courses and excludes VAT payable and other additional charges.

‘Training course’ means any classroom, e-tutored, blended or autonomous course provided by WML or any subsequent training course format.

‘Classroom training’ means a type of training where the Instructor delivers the course to Delegates face-to-face in a physical classroom.

‘E-tutored course’ means a type of training where the Instructor delivers training to Delegates online (remotely) via a virtual classroom. An internet connection is required to participate in this course.

‘Autonomous course’ means a self-learning course where Delegates complete an online course at their own pace and autonomously within a specified period of time. Delegates are provided access to the online course environment, materials and activities. An internet connection is required to participate in this course.

‘Blended training course’ or ‘blended learning course‘ means a type of training that is delivered in the classroom and online. This means the training is delivered either via classroom and e-tutored training; or via classroom and autonomous training. To successfully complete a blended training course, Delegates must complete training provided via both platforms, in the classroom and online, within the time specified in the course details.

‘Course credits’ Course credits are the WML’s currency. They can be acquired by Delegates when courses are cancelled or refunded due to unforeseen circumstances which are not covered in the Terms and Conditions. They may also be offered by WML as a reward for buying courses; for referring a friend or as prizes subject to ongoing offers and promotions. Course credits will be redeemed on the WML website. ‘Course materials’ include but are not limited to online learning materials, hard copies of materials provided during classroom and corporate training, e-books, video or audio recordings, study texts, review exercise, case study, question banks and, where applicable, mock exam materials.

‘Certificate’ means the document issued by WML or a WML partner to a Delegate after satisfactorily completing a WML training course or successfully passing an exam related to a course taken with WML.

‘Certification’ means a test or exam organised by an industry regulator to persons interested in becoming members of that industry.

‘Working day’ means days other than a bank holiday, Saturday and Sunday.

Website’ means https://waymakerlearning.com and all sub-directories and sub-domains.

‘Website contents’ means all contents available on https://waymakerlearning.com and all sub-directories and sub-domains.

A legally binding agreement shall not come into existence until WML has accepted your offer to purchase a course by:

  • receiving payment for the course in cleared funds from yourself or any third party on your behalf or
  • sending you a confirmation email.

2. Course Booking

2.1 Course fees must be received to secure a booking.

2.2 Course booking must be made no later than 3 days before the start of a training session or as specified in the course brochure.

2.3 WML reserves the right to cancel or modify a booking without prior notice or communication to the Delegate.

3. Course Fees

3.1 All fees quoted on website exclude VAT which is chargeable at the rate fixed by legislation at the date of supply.

3.2 Course fees are deemed paid when the cleared funds are received by us and we send you an email confirming receipt of payment of course fees.

3.3 WML reserves the right to modify course fees without prior notice to the Delegate.

4. Payment

4.1 Payment of course fees must be made either on the website or by calling our office, see contact us for phone and email details.

4.2 Payment of complete course fees must be received no later than 3 working days before the course start date.

4.3 Delegates cannot access, participate or attend training courses until complete payment is received.

4.4 Cheque payments are not accepted.

4.5 Late payment

4.5.1 If payment is received later than 3 working days before the start date of a training session, the payment will be considered as made for the next available training session.

4.5.2 If the fees for the next training session is more than the initial payment received, we will request for the complete payment to be made 2 working days before the start date of the next training session.

4.5.3 If the fees for the next training session is less than the initial payment received, we reserve the right to refund the difference.

4.5.4 All communication regarding late payments will be made via your preferred method of communication as indicated on the course booking form.

4.6 Un-cleared payments
Where request for payment is un-cleared by the Delegate’s bank, we will notify you immediately. Interest may be charged on uncleared payments 7 days after we notify you at the rate stated in the notice.

5. Delivery

5.1 Our course fees exclude delivery charges.

5.2 Costs of delivery of any requested study materials will be charged separately.

6. Data Protection

6.1 WML complies with the data protection Act and processes all personal data in accordance to the provisions of the Act. We collect our Delegates’ personal data for communication and marketing purposes.

6.2. Your details will not be passed on to any third party without your permission, unless requested by law or a similar authority.

6.3 During your use of our website, we gather ‘industry standard’ data which includes: your logged on id, your IP address, your browser details and other similar information. This industry standard data may be shared in an aggregate manner, for example, to demonstrate how many ‘hits’ we have, location people are accessing the site from, type of browsers in use, parts of the website visited and other similar information.

6.4 We will not share information specific to a particular identifiable user unless requested by law or a similar authority or an ISP or network administrator investigating abuse of our website.

7. Courses paid for by employer or third party
Where course fees are paid for by employers or other third party, you give us consent to share information about your progress and engagement on that course with your employer or the third party, as requested.

8. Copyright and Intellectual Property rights

8.1 Course materials and website contents are copyrights of WayMaker Learning Ltd. All rights are reserved. The contents of our website and training materials are made available solely for the benefit of WML’s corporate and individual Delegates.

8.2 You may not, modify, copy, reproduce, re-publish, sub-licence, sell, upload, broadcast, post, transmit, make available, distribute, or commercially exploit in any way any of the course materials or website contents except with our express written permission.

8.3 You may not modify, adapt, merge, translate, disassemble, decompile, recompile or reverse engineer any software forming part of the online learning contents or website contents or create derivative work similar based on the whole of or any part of the online course materials into any software program.

8.4 Any redistribution or reproduction of part or all of the contents of course materials or website contents is prohibited except for use by the Delegate.

9. Force Majeure (Events beyond our control)

9.1 We shall not be responsible for any failure or delay in performing our obligations where that failure delay results from any cause that is beyond our reasonable control.

9.2 We will inform you as soon as is reasonably possible of this event that is beyond our control.

9.3 Our obligations under these Terms and Conditions will be suspended and any time limits that we are bound by will be extended accordingly.

9.4 We will inform you when the event beyond our control is over and provide details of any new dates, times or availability of training as necessary.

10. Discounts and offers
All discounts and offers are subject to the terms and conditions applicable to each offer as determined by WML.

11. Special requirements
If you need any special requirements regarding a course training, you must contact WML by phone, email or post to inform us before booking or paying for the course.

12. Limitation of Liability

WML’s liability is limited and excluded in the event of:

  • fraud or wilful default
  • death or
  • personal injury of Delegates caused by WML’s direct or indirect negligence except where such limitations and exclusions cannot be lawfully applied.

WML will not be responsible for losses that result from its failure to comply with these terms and conditions and its subsections, including but not limited to, losses that fall into the following categories:

  • loss of income or revenue
  • loss of business, Delegates, contracts, goodwill
  • loss of money or savings
  • loss of, damage to or corruption of data
  • business interruption
  • loss of information
  • indirect or consequential loss or damage of any kind whether caused by tort (including negligence), breach of contract or otherwise

Except as otherwise specified in this section WML’s maximum aggregate liability to you for any claims made against WML for direct loss in contract or otherwise arising out of or in connection with these terms and conditions, courses offered and course materials provided and any technical support shall be limited to the amount of fee paid or payable by you or on your behalf.

WML will be not responsible for any delay or failure to comply with its obligations under these terms and conditions if the delay or failure arises from any causes which are beyond WML’s reasonable control.

This does not affect your statutory right.

13. Disclaimer
WML courses are for training purposes only. WML will not accept responsibility to any party for the use of the information provided and the contents of course materials for any purpose other than for training for educational purposes, including and not limited to the giving of advice by you to any third party.

14. Interpretation

Each paragraph in the terms and conditions are to be read and construed separately and independently of each other.

If one or more paragraphs is not applicable (invalid or void) for any reason, this would not affect the remaining terms and conditions.

If parts of the terms and conditions are deleted, then such terms and conditions would apply with such modification as may be necessary to make it valid and effective.

Breach of one term and condition would not imply a breach of the others. Failure to enforce a breach of one or more terms and condition shall not be a waiver of them or a waiver of our right to enforce terms and conditions in the future.

Nothing in these Terms and Conditions seeks to exclude or limit your legal rights as a consumer. For more details of your legal rights, please refer to Your local Citizens Advice Bureau or Trading Standards Office.

15. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with English law. Any dispute, controversy, proceedings or claim in relation to these Terms and Conditions, shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

16. Comments and Complaints
If you have any comments or complaint about any product or service provided by WML Ltd including our website, please contact us. We aim to respond to all comments or complaints within 5 working days.

Terms and Conditions – Instructor-led Classroom Training

1. These terms and conditions, in addition to the General Terms and Conditions, apply to the sale of any WML course. Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully.

1.1 By ordering a course, you are confirming your agreement to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

1.2 If there is any conflict between these Terms and conditions, the General Terms and Conditions and any additional terms and conditions, the conflict shall be resolved according to the following order of priority

  • the General Terms and Conditions;
  • this section’s Terms and Conditions

2. Course start date

2.1 Where a course does not have the minimum number of participants required, WML reserves the right to cancel the course without incurring any additional liability to any delegate. In such circumstances, we will offer alternative dates, a full refund or a credit note. In any case, WML will confirm when the course is running via email at least 5 working days before the course start date.

2.2 Please note that we reserve the right to reschedule all courses without notice. If a Course is rescheduled, WML will notify you within a reasonable time.

3. Course cancellation and refund

3.1 Cancellation

3.1.1 Fully or partly paid courses must be cancelled at the latest fourteen (14) days before the course start date by sending a notice of course cancellation via email to hellouk@waymakerlearninguk.com or via WML contact page with your name and order ID.

3.1.2 Refunds for course cancellations are handled in the refund section below. For Course Credits Terms and Conditions, please see the General Terms and Conditions

3.1.3 Course materials received for the Classroom Course must be returned at the latest 3 days after you notify us of the course cancellation.

3.2 Refund

3.2.1 Refund of paid course fees will be made if notice of cancellation is received via email at the latest fourteen (14) days before the course start date.

3.2.2 Should circumstances arise whereby you need to cancel your course and are unable to transfer your booking to another date at the time of cancellation, the following apply:

3.2.2.1 If cancellation request is received at the latest 14 days before the start of the course, Delegate will receive a full refund of fees. Alternatively, Delegates can request for their funds to be converted into course credits, which they can use towards booking another online/classroom course.

3.2.2.2 If cancellation request is received between 7 days and 13 days before the start of the course, Delegate will receive 75% refund of fees. Alternatively Delegates may prefer to convert their funds to course credits, in which case, they will be getting the equivalent of a full refund in credits.

3.2.2.3 If cancellation request is received less than 6 days before the start of the course, Delegate will receive 50% refund of fees. Alternatively Delegates may prefer to convert their funds to course credits, in which case, they will be getting the equivalent of a full refund in credits.

3.2.3 Cash refunds will be sent using the original method of payment within fourteen (14) working days.

3.2.4 Course credit refunds will be provided in the form of a voucher that is personalised to the Delegates.

3.3 WML reserves the right to use its discretion to either issue cash refund;  Course Credits equivalent to the value of the paid Course fees;; or defer a course; in exceptional circumstances that fall outside the provisions Clause 3.1 and 3.2 above.

3.4 Multiple courses
Where you have purchased multiple Courses, if you cancel one or more of those Courses, each cancelled Course will be treated separately and the cancellation terms and set out in the relevant Terms and Conditions will apply to the Course cancellation.

4. Equipment, Licences and software

4.1 You may/will be responsible for providing your own pc/laptop/mac equipment for use during the course. Please refer to course details in the Joining Instructions information pack.

4.2 Where specific software or modifications are required, these will be communicated to you before the start of each course.

5. Certificate
Some courses come with professional certification. Where they don’t, WML issues a certificate at the end of each course, confirming course completion and attendance. Full course completion and attendance are required for the latter certificate to be issued.

6. Health & Safety
Delegates must ensure that they are aware of and comply with the applicable health and safety practices of the training venue.

7. Digital Image/Video Consent

7.1 During each Course session, we take digital images (moving and still) and personal information (such as name and/or email where appropriate and consented to) for marketing and promotional activities.

7.2 It is deemed that you have given us consent to use such digital images (moving and still) and any personal information you supply to us during the training sessions, to reasonably market or promote WayMaker Learning except you specifically notify us otherwise. Our marketing or promotional activities includes but is not limited to our social media platforms; printed publications; adverts; audiovisual and electronic materials; media work; display materials; and any other media we may use in the future.

7.3 The copyright of any material mentioned above shall be exclusively owned by WayMaker Learning UK.

Terms and Conditions – Autonomous Learning course (e-learning)

1. These terms and conditions in addition to the General terms and conditions apply to the sale of any course. Please read these terms and conditions carefully and print off before purchasing a course.

1.1 WML will not keep a copy of this agreement concluded between you and us, and this agreement will not be available at a future time and date. By ordering a course, you are confirming your agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.

1.2 If there is any conflict between these Terms and conditions, the general terms and conditions and any additional terms and conditions, the conflict shall be resolved according to the following order of priority

  • the general terms and conditions;
  • this section’s terms and conditions

2. Course Access and start date

2.1 To access this Autonomous course, you have to register for an online account. If you already have an online account, then you can use the username and password provided.

2.2 The course start date will be confirmed to you via email. This confirmation email will also indicate the  Autonomous course purchased and the length of time you have access to complete the course.

2.3 Please note that we reserve the right to discontinue, remove or modify autonomous courses.

3. Course transfer
This  Autonomous course is personal to you and you must not transfer your rights to access this course, its contents or materials to any other person.

4 Warranties & exclusions
WML makes no representation or warranties of any kind, express or implied, that the information and materials contained in this Autonomous Course is up to date and accurate; that it will be of satisfactory quality; that it will be fit for a particular purpose; that it will not infringe the rights of third parties; that it will be compatible with all computer systems; that it will be constantly available and that it will be secure. All warranties, conditions and other terms implied by law are excluded with regards to Autonomous Course to the extent permitted by law.

5 Course Access, Extension, Cancellation and Refunds

5.1 Access

5.1.1 Access to autonomous courses is immediate after registration. Delegates can access autonomous courses as soon as they receive their registration details.

5.1.2 Access to autonomous courses is limited to a certain period, for example, 30, 90 or 180 days. The course needs to be accessed and completed from the access date and before the end of that period. After that period, the course will no longer be available to the Delegate.

5.2 Extension

5.2.1 In exceptional circumstances, WML may grant a course extension to a Delegate. This is provided that the request is made at least 3 working days before the end of the course, and after the middle of the course. This will be done at WML’s discretion and on a course by course basis.

5.2.2 Extensions will not be granted if the access dates have passed and the Delegates have failed to inform WML in advance.

5.3 Cancellation

5.3.1 Autonomous Courses cannot be cancelled once they have been accessed. They may be cancelled seven (7) days after course registration by sending a notice of course cancellation via email to hellouk@waymakerlearning.com or via WML contact page with your name and order ID.

5.3.2 Refunds for course cancellations are handled in the refund section below. For Course Credits Terms and Conditions, please see the General Terms and Conditions

5.3.3 Access to the autonomous course/s will be stopped immediately when your notice of course cancellation is received.

5.4 Refunds

5.4.1 Since content in autonomous courses is completely available, once Delegates access an autonomous course they purchased, they are no longer entitled to a refund.

5.4.2 Where access to a course is limited to a certain period (e.g. 30, 90 or 180 days) and the delegate has not logged on to the course, a Delegate may exceptionally request for course access to be extended which will be subject to discretion. If the access period is passed and the Delegate has not accessed the course, he/she will not be entitled to refund.

5.4.3 Refund of paid course fees will be made if notice of cancellation is received via email seven (7) days after course registration and the course has not been accessed.

5.4.4 Refunds will be sent using the original method of payment within fourteen (14) working days of receiving the notice of cancellation.

Where you have purchased multiple Courses, if you cancel one or more of those Courses, each cancelled Course will be treated separately and the cancellation terms and set out in the relevant Terms and Conditions will apply to the Course cancellation.

6 Certificate
A certificate will be issued at the end of each course confirming your attendance and participation.

7 Equipment and license

7.1 An internet connection is required to access and complete this course.

7.2 Where specific software or modifications are required, these will be communicated to you when you register for the Autonomous Learning Course.

7.3 You may incur charges to your internet service provider while you are accessing and or downloading this course contents and/or study materials. You may also be liable to pay charges to third parties for use of any software necessary to access and/or download the Study Materials.

7.4 Please note that it is your responsibility to check that the computer/laptop/Mac you plan to use for your Autonomous Course is compatible with the minimum specification requirement that relates that Autonomous Course. You acknowledge and accept that WML will not be held responsible for any technical problems you encounter following the purchase of an Autonomous Course.

8 Modifications and changes

8.1 WML reserves the right to modify, edit or make changes to the contents of its Autonomous Courses without prior notice to you.

8.2 Where such changes are made, you will have access to them at no additional cost only to the extent that such changes relate to the Autonomous Courses purchased by you.

Terms and Conditions – Blended Learning Courses

1 These terms and conditions in addition to the General terms and conditions apply to the sale of any course. Please read these terms and conditions carefully and keep a copy (save or print off) before purchasing a course.

1.1 Note that blended learning refers to a course that utilises a mix of classroom delivery and online delivery as per paragraph 1 definitions and interpretations in the general terms and conditions. The latter can therefore be e-tutored or autonomous. Please also refer to the corresponding terms and conditions.

1.2 WML will not keep a copy of this version of the agreement concluded between you and us, and this agreement will not be available at a future time and date.

1.3 By ordering a course, you are confirming your agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions

1.4 If there is any conflict between these Terms and conditions, the general terms and conditions and any additional terms and conditions, the conflict shall be resolved according to the following order of priority:

  • the general terms and conditions;
  • this section’s terms and conditions
  • the terms and conditions for the classroom course
  • the terms and conditions for the e-tutored course
  • the terms and conditions for the autonomous learning

2 Course Start date and Access

2.1 The course start date for the Classroom training section of this Blended Course will be confirmed to you via email/letter 5 working days before the Course start date.

2.2 The course start date for the E-tutored/Autonomous Learning section of this Blended Course will be as indicated on the Joining Instructions pack or as confirmed at the Classroom training.

2.3 To access the E-tutored/Autonomous Learning section of this Blended course, you have to register for an online account. If you already have an online account, then you can use the username and password provided.

2.4 Please note that we reserve the right to discontinue, remove or modify any section of the Blended Learning courses.

3 Course transfer
This Blended Learning course is personal to you and you must not transfer your rights to access any section of this course, its contents or materials to any other person.

4 Warranties & exclusions
WML makes no representation or warranties of any kind, express or implied, that the information and materials contained in this Blended Learning Course is up to date and accurate; that it will be of satisfactory quality; that it will be fit for a particular purpose; that it will not infringe the rights of third parties; that it will be compatible with all computer systems; that it will be constantly available and that it will be secure. All warranties, conditions and other terms implied by law are excluded with regards to Autonomous Course to the extent permitted by law.

5 Course Cancellation and Refunds

5.1 Cancellation

5.1.1 Blended Learning Courses must be cancelled fourteen (14) days before the course start date by sending a notice of course cancellation via email to hellouk@waymakerlearning.com or using our contact page on this website.

5.1.2 Courses cancelled fourteen (14) days before course start date will receive Course Credits. For Terms and Conditions of Course Credits, see the General Terms and Conditions.

5.1.3 Courses cancelled less than fourteen (14)  days before the course start date are not eligible for cash refund.

5.1.4 Course materials received for the Blended Learning Course must be returned 3 days after you notify us of the course cancellation.

5.1.5 Access to the E-tutored/Autonomous Learning section of this course will be stopped immediately your notice of course cancellation is received.

5.2 Refunds

5.2.1 Refund of paid course fees will be made if notice of cancellation is received via email fourteen (14) days after course registration.

5.2.2 Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the notice of cancellation.

5.2.3 Delegate will receive a refund of fees less administration costs plus VAT where applicable.

5.2.4 Refunds will be sent using the original method of payment within fourteen (14) working days.

WML reserves the right to use its discretion to either issue a cash refund;  Course Credits equivalent to the value of the paid Course fees; or defer a course; in exceptional circumstances that fall outside the provisions Clause 5.1 and 5.2 above.

6 Multiple courses
Where you have purchased multiple Courses, if you cancel one or more of those Courses, each cancelled Course will be treated separately and the cancellation terms and set out in the relevant Terms and Conditions will apply to the Course cancellation.

7 Certificate
A certificate will be issued at the end of each course confirming your attendance provided you have attended and completed the course.

8.2 Where specific software or modifications are required, these will be communicated to you when you register for the Blended Learning Course.

8.4 Please note that it is your responsibility to check that the computer/laptop/Mac you plan to use for your Blended Learning Course is compatible with the minimum specification requirement that relates to the section of the Blended Learning Course. You acknowledge and accept that WML will not be held responsible for any technical problems you encounter following the purchase of any Blended Learning Course.

9 Modifications and changes

9.1 WML reserves the right to modify, edit or make changes to the contents of any section of each Blended Learning Course without prior notice to you.

9.2 Where such changes are made, you will have access to the course at no additional cost only to the extent that such changes relate to the Blended Learning Course purchased by you.

Terms and Conditions – E-Tutored Course (Virtual Classroom)

1 These terms and conditions in addition to the General terms and conditions apply to the sale of any course. Please read these terms and conditions carefully and print off before purchasing a course.

1.1 WML reserves the right to update these terms and conditions to reflect changes in the business, the fields or the digital environment at any time and without notice.

1.2 WML will not keep a copy of this version of the agreement concluded between you and us, and this agreement will not be available at a future time and date.

1.3 By ordering a course, you are confirming your agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.

1.4 If there is any conflict between these Terms and conditions, the general terms and conditions and any additional terms and conditions, the conflict shall be resolved according to the following order of priority

This  E-Tutored Learning Course is personal to you and you must not transfer your rights to access this course, its contents or materials to any other person.

WML makes no representation or warranties of any kind, express or implied, that the information and materials contained in this E-Tutored Learning Course is up to date and accurate; that it will be of satisfactory quality; that it will be fit for a particular purpose; that it will not infringe the rights of third parties; that it will be compatible with all computer systems; that it will be constantly available and that it will be secure. All warranties, conditions and other terms implied by law are excluded with regards to Autonomous Course to the extent permitted by law.

5 Course Cancellation and Refunds

5.1 Cancellation

5.1.1 E-Tutored Learning Courses must be cancelled fourteen (14) days before Course start date by sending a notice of course cancellation via email to hellouk@waymakerlearning.com

5.1.2 Courses cancelled less than fourteen (14) days before the E-Tutored Course start date will receive Course Credits. For Terms and Conditions of Course Credits, see the General Terms and Condition.

5.1.3 Courses cancelled less than fourteen (14)  days before the course start date are not eligible for cash refund.

5.1.4 Course materials received for this E-Tutored Learning Course must be returned 3 days after you notify us of the course cancellation.

5.1.5 Access to the E-Tutored Learning Course will be stopped immediately your notice of course cancellation is received.

5.2 Refunds

5.2.1 Refund of paid course fees will be made if notice of cancellation is received via email fourteen (14) days after course registration.

5.2.2 Delegate will receive a  refund of fees less administration costs plus VAT where applicable.

5.2.3 Refunds will be processed within fourteen (14) days of receiving the notice of cancellation.

5.2.4 Refunds will be sent using the original method of payment within fourteen (14) working days.

5.3 WML reserves the right to use its discretion to either issue a cash refund;  Course Credits equivalent to the value of the paid Course fees; or defer a course; in exceptional circumstances that fall outside the provisions Clause 4.1 and 4.2 above.

5.4 Multiple courses
Where you have purchased multiple Courses, if you cancel one or more of those Courses, each cancelled Course will be treated separately and the cancellation terms and set out in the relevant Terms and Conditions will apply to the Course cancellation.

6 Certificate
A certificate will be issued at the end of each course confirming your attendance and participation.

7 Equipment and licence

7.1 An internet connection is required to access and complete this course.

7.2 Where specific software or modifications are required, these will be communicated to you when you register for the E-Tutored Learning Course.

7.3 You may incur charges to your internet service provider while you are accessing and or downloading this course contents and/or study materials. You may also be liable to pay charges to third parties for use of any software necessary to access and/or download the Study Materials.

7.4 Please note that it is your responsibility to check that the computer/laptop/Mac you plan to use for your E-Tutored Course is compatible with the minimum specification requirement that relates that E-Tutored Course. You acknowledge and accept that WML will not be held responsible for any technical problems you encounter following the purchase of an E-Tutored Course.

8 Modifications and changes

8.1 WML reserves the right to modify, edit or make changes to the contents of each E-Tutored Learning Courses without prior notice to you.

8.2 Where such changes are made, you will have access to them at no additional cost only to the extent that such changes relate to the E-Tutored Learning Courses purchased by you.

Refer a Friend – Terms and Conditions

1. The “REFER A FRIEND” campaign enables individuals who refer paying customers to WayMaker Learning UK to earn a reward, subject to these terms and conditions.

2. Refer a Friend is only applicable on Confirmed Courses for individuals who have not previously attended a course with WML.

3. Referral Payment is subject to Course Booking not being returned or discontinued before the Course date.

4. The Reward payment will be made within 28 days on commencement of your friend’s course.

5. This promotional offer is only valid for courses over £299.

6. The referral Link https://waymakerlearning.com/refer-a-friend must be used to refer a friend, in order to receive payment and the full completion and submission of this link must occur before the course is ordered.

7. A delegate can only be referred by a single refer-a-friend submission. In the case where more than two friends have referred the same individual, the person referred will have to confirm which friend is to receive the money.
