See what my Agile Delivery team in London did to me today … so I’ve been working as Scrum Master / Delivery Lead for the Ministry of Justice for some time now.
Last weekend, we released a new version of Rota service application to all Magistrate courts in the U.K. and it was such a great feeling and wonderful experience.
The story goes like this for my team … Victor Sonde is our Scrum Master but he is not just an Agile Coach / Scrum Master … He is many things including
📌Business Analyst making sure we are building the right thing and building it right from a Requirements perspective.
📌Team Firefighter that ensures every disruptive noise in the way of the team is quenched without causing any troubles for the team.
📌Shepherd who guides, facilitates workshops, Agile ceremonies and delivers agile / development reports for Senior Management Team at the MoJ
📌Policeman 😅 – He tries his best to maintain law and order via human interactions and Slack policing 🤣
This morning one member of the team stopped by the shop and decided to buy the costumes in the picture below for me … Lol
