Therefore, as a business analyst, being an effective and efficient communicator is very crucial. 3. Personal Attributes: The personal attributes an aspiring B.A. should look out for include adaptability and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment with cross-functional teams. 4. Relationship-Building Skills: Relationship-building to a business analyst is like gas to the car.
