What are the deliverables for the courses?

Do you provide any group discounts for classroom training programs?

Yes, we have group discount packages for online and classroom training. Please send an email to enquiries@waymakerlearning.com for more information on group discounts.

How should I make the payment and what are the modes of payment available?

Payments can be made using any of the following options: Visa debit/credit card, PayPal

Do I get a receipt or confirmation for the payment made?

Yes, a digital invoice receipt will be issued to the candidate by via email

Does the course fee include the examination fee as well?

No, course fees exclude exam fees, examination bookings are done separately where applicable.

Are the certification exams papers based or online?

Both paper-based and online exams are available depending on the type of certification. Where applicable, both options are available.

How do I receive my certificates?

You received your course certificates via email.

Can I discontinue my training course, In case situation demands?

Yes. In event of an exceptional circumstance, and with management discretion, you can take a break and resume your training at later point of time.

Can I cancel my registration? Do I get a refund?

Yes, you can cancel your registration. We will provide you with a complete refund after deducting the administration fee. To know more please go through our refund policy & terms and conditions.

Is it possible to conduct training at a client’s location?

Yes. Please leave a request through “Contact Us”. We can schedule a corporate training based on demand at the requested location.

I want Waymaker Learning to conduct training at our company’s site. Whom should I contact?

Do I get a copy of the participation certificate by post or by email?

A digital participation certificate will be sent by email to all delegates upon completion of a course. Where applicable the soft copy of the certificate will be provided by the certification body.

Joining instructions including start time will be communicated by email prior to the course

Are your courses Accredited?

Yes, we are accredited as Alliance partners with Professional organisations and also by the UK Register of Learning Providers. We work with certified, experienced and practicing trainers only who will take you onboard and help you to find your feet as part of our Mentoring and Coaching programme.

How flexible are your course schedules?

We offer flexible schedules for all our courses, kindly get in touch with us and we’ll arrange your course to suit your exact needs.

Do you have a referral policy?

Yes, you can refer or recommend our courses to colleagues, friends, or family.

Do I need to travel to attend your courses?

No. Most of our courses are virtual. If you have a computer with an internet connection that is all you need to start.

Do I need specific technical skills to attend the courses?

No, all you need is the ability to use basic packages on a computer or mobile phone and you are good to go.

Can I cancel my course booking?

Yes, please read our terms and conditions regarding cancellations. You can also send an email to enquiries@waymakerlearning.com to inform us about your decision while we both work out a more feasible plan for you.

When do I pay for the course?

Immediately you sign up for any of our courses or training programmes, we will get in touch to arrange payment and course joining instructions.

What do I bring along to the training?

Nothing, Absolutely. All you need is a winning attitude and you can leave the rest to us.

How will Waymaker Learning support me after the training?

We will support you by providing hiring information, interview preparations, project work reference and certification support (if needed).

Are your trainers certified and practicing?

Yes. We ensure, as part of service quality, that all our trainers/faculties are industry practising and thought leaders in their chosen fields. Our trainers/faculties have extensive in different business domains which gives an advantage to our delegates when they sign up to our Career Coaching Programme with WayMaker Digital Academy.

How flexible is your payment, can I pay instalmentally?

What order should I take your courses in?

Our courses can be taken in any order and there are no prerequisites. Although there is no ideal order, there may be an order that makes the most sense to you. Use the contact form to share more about your professional development goals and we’d be happy to make a suggestion.

I can’t attend the live virtual classroom sessions. Are replays available to watch?

From time to time we run live sessions of our on-demand courses. When we do, replays of our instructor-led sessions are made available as soon as possible. For all of our on-demand sessions, you are receiving pre-recorded materials that are available on your schedule. This is one feature of our training that many participants tell us they really appreciate.
